Sunday - smitten kitchen’s lemon chicken with potatoes and chickpeas
Another simple dish that made plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day. I don’t love chicken thighs, the texture bothers me, but my family loves them so I made the sacrifice.
Monday - food trucks at the high school homecoming parade
Marco’s grilled cheese? Say less.
Tuesday - pbj sandwiches and fruit

Wednesday - miso sweet potato broccoli bowls
Make this!!! Easy, healthy, delicious. You will want the miso dressing on everything you eat.
Thursdays - crockpot stuffed peppers
An oldie but a goodie. A friend reminded me of the magic of stuffed peppers for dinner so I had to bust these out again. I love when you get reminded of a good meal you haven’t made in awhile.
